Hannah Kain
President & CEO
Founder of ALOM in 1997, Kain has extensive experience in the packaging industry. She has three university degrees and has won numerous awards, including ABWA, NAWBO and Women's Fund, and has been featured in books and articles, including "CEO Chronicles" and "Women Who Paved the Way."

Doug Laidlaw
Director of Account Management
Doug Laidlaw joined ALOM in 2011 with over 20 years experience in the supply chain industry where he solved significant supply chain challenges for large companies in a number of management roles. Laidlaw has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).

Brandon Marugg
Director of IT
Brandon Marugg joined ALOM in 2001 after a career as an IT consultant, web designer and senior consultant providing system design and implementation support. Marugg has a degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Michelle Remoaldo
Quality
Michelle Remoaldo joined ALOM in 2005 after a 25-year career in materials and quality management in the high-tech sector. Her extensive experience includes quality management in contract manufacturing.

Phil Roloff
CFO
Phil Roloff joined ALOM in 2002 after a career as a Senior Auditor, a Corporate Controller, a VP of Finance and as a CFO. With more than 25 years in financial management, he has held executive positions with several high-tech companies, ranging from start-ups to well-established corporations.

Subu Subramanian
Director of Operations
Subu Subramanian joined ALOM in 2008 after more than 11 years as Director of Operations and later Site Director in the supply chain industry. Prior to 1996, Subramanian held executive and management jobs in other industries. Subramanian holds a B.Tech degree from Anna University, India, and an MBA from California State University.
