Fremont, Calif.— July 11, 2005 — ALOM, a Fremont-based contract packaging, assembly, and fulfillment company, announced today that it has moved to a new and larger facility.

The company’s new headquarters, at 48105 Warm Springs Blvd., is one mile north of its previous location. The new facility’s size both accommodates recent growth and allows for future expansion. A total of 150,000 square feet is divided among production. assembly and storage, and advanced fulfillment operations. The facility also allows for hardware upgrades, returns processing, and other similar services. As part of the move, ALOM invested in technology to create a state-of-the-art plant with strong infrastructure and ideal material flow.

 “The favorable commercial real estate market has let us expand while keeping our cost under control,” says ALOM’s President & CEO Hannah Kain. “After eight years, we had outgrown our old facility. With our new facility, we’ll achieve even more efficiency, which will let us continue to expand our capacity.”
