When you work with ALOM you are assigned an account manager who assesses your needs - from production, shipping or delivering, deadlines, and other important specifications of your job.

Our account managers have exceptional skills in managing customers' projects, will keep projects on track, support our customers' goals, and are backed by an experienced and enthusiastic team with exceptional tools.

Your account manager begins a job by using a checklist of 153 questions that helps ensure they understand your needs. We then supply you with a project plan with the details - including deadlines, checkpoints, and requirements that help us meet your deadline and quality standards. First-time ALOM customers are given documented "business rules" pertaining to their business that outline what has been agreed upon in different areas.

Once agreed, we program our systems, develop reports and brief our staff to achieve our customer's goals. This ensures that everything runs smoothly from the beginning.

We Offer Problem-Solving Solutions
Products and projects can get delayed, from wrong configurations to cloudy specifications. Our experienced staff and systems help prevent these typical problems. We have aligned ourselves with vendors that work with us in ensuring that time lost can be made up.

We provide extra capacity to allow customers to postpone a release for hours or days without "losing their place in line."
